Welcome! I’m so excited to support you on your birthing journey. Please take a moment to review these simple terms before booking your course.

 

1. Booking & Payment

• Reserving Dates: Course dates and times are agreed upon via email prior to booking.

• Upfront Payment: Full payment is required upfront to confirm and secure your booked dates.

• Payment Terms: Payment must be made within 48 hours of date confirmation to keep your reserved slot.
   

2. Home Visit Setup

• Location: Sessions take place face-to-face in your home, unless agreed otherwise in advance.

• Environment: Please provide a safe, calm, and relatively quiet space for us to work together effectively.
   

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Non-Refundable: All bookings are strictly non-refundable.

• Client Cancellations: If you cancel or choose not to finish the course, no refunds will be issued.

• Rescheduling Sessions: If you need to move a session due to illness or emergency, please give at least 24 hours notice. I will do my best to offer a suirtable makeup date, subject to availability.

• Practitioner Cancellations: If I am unable to attend due to illness or emergency, we will reschedule the session for a mutually convenient date.

• Educational Purpose: Hypnobirthing is an educational framework to help prepare you for birth. It is not medical advice and does not replace the care of your midwife, doctor, or medical team.

• Course Materials: All materials and audio downloads provided are for your personal use only and may not be shared or resold.
